The biggest reasons as to why we decided to purchase from MHS was because of their willingness to work with us, their customer service, they even picked us up at the airport, their training - it was the whole package. They have reasonable pricing and will work with you. In addition, you can tell that MHSRV offers top quality RV's. We purchased the Thor Quantum which has great quality cabinets and flooring. The bed, couch, table benches are very comfortable. Etc.... Brandon had good communication and helped to make the sales process very easy. Arturo did a through job at walking us through our new coach. He explained everything clearly. The quality of service at MHSRV is above and beyond. Even the MHSRV website is user friendly. It described our RV very thoroughly. We were AMAZED how the pictures and descriptions fit the actual vehicle. In today's competitive market, customer service is so important.
