Selection & service, the fair prices, and the dealership is done well. Went with a 2017 Entegra Aspire becuase of the company reputation, it's well made, has a good floor plan, and it comes with a 2 year warranty (even though we're getting additional). Carl was not stressful during the sales process and made things run smoothly. Finance portion of our experience was easy. Lee was awesome! He performed an informative and long walk through for us. Chose to purchase an Entegra Anthem and like everything about the Entegra -- the macerator, wifi, under counter lighting, etc. Ted is easy to work with and Michael Stephens was excellent. Excellent facilities at MHS. It's nice to be provided with a loaner car and to be able to stay here with former motorhome and new coach positioned side by side to transfer the belongings. The Forest River Berkshire has more options than other manufacturers. Mitch was very easy and pleasant to work with and Arturo Rodriguez was awesome. Pricing at Motor Home Specialist is the best. We puchased a diesel pusher Forest River Charleston and really like the electronic features and tag axle.
