Our salesman very thoroughly answered all the technical questions that we had about the coach, tires, explaining it in detail so that after three years of looking, we felt confident enough to buy before we even came to see it... When we flew down to buy our coach, we were picked up at the airport and driven to Motor Home Specialist, greeted by our salesman and taken to our coach . We were very impressed with the complete process, but it doesn't end there... after work he took us for dinner, and then SHOPPING so that we could get the essentials that we would need to bring our baby home, waiting very patiently. The closing experience was excellent. We really liked our salesman and his honesty! I liked how he worked with me on the phone. He did an actual walk through on the phone describing the coach to me. Then he worked with us to make our initial stay more comfortable and even gave us his cell in case we needed him during the night. We definitely recommend Motor Home Specialist.

I asked Mr. Brake to give me his best offer because I don't like to haggle. After his offer I tried to haggle with him anyway. He stuck by his guns and I respect a salesperson that treats all customers with respect and without altering the sales presentation! Mr. O'Banion, I just want to say thanks for employing a great Professional Staff at your RV sales and service facility. I recently purchased a 2011 Forest River Berkshire. The knowledgeable Sales Associate was Jimmy Campana. Jimmy was friendly and ready to answer any questions I had about different motorhome models. I originally thought I would purchase a gas powered motorhome, after discussions with Jimmy I chose the diesel pusher. The most impressive thing about Jimmy was his no pressure sale. I have visited several other motorhome sales companies and they pressure the purchaser to buy the coach of their choice and to make a quick decision on the purchase. The walk through with Bill Heath was also pleasant. Bill was knowledgeable about the coach I purchased and did not rush through the walk through. At the end he commented they if I had any additional question please call and at that time he gave me his business card. I must admit when we first came to your business I was some what over whelmed by it's size and expected and arrogant sales staff. I was wrong! Thanks again for building a great team and fostering a pleasant sales environment.
I shopped for 8 years and over 100 dealers and the prices are about 30% lower at Motor Home Specialist than what I found elsewhere. The quality of service is excellent and they have first class qualified people working here.

WOW!! MHS is the GOLD STANDARD of RV dealerships. I am 77 years old and have purchased 15 RVs in the last 45 years. I drove 1,320 miles after making a deal on the internet. "ABOVE & BEYOND the CALL OF SERVICE" You have to be impressed with every part of Motor Home Specialist from the selection of RV's, knowledgeable staff and service department to the spotless grounds. The service we received while shopping for a motor home, was first class! Mr. Billy Fussel was our sales associate; he answered all our questions and explained every detail. Everyone was polite and helpful. There is no pressure which made the purchase easy and quick, and was done very professionally. Katie in the financing dept stayed on top of everything. We picked up our motor home 3 weeks later, but service did not stop there! Mr. Billy was just getting started! Our coach was all plugged in and ready for us. Brandon explained every switch, button and lever inside and out. Then we were able to stay in our new coach for a few days to tryout and learn about everything ourselves. Mr. Billy would check in with us to answer any questions we had, plus would make sure everything we wanted was done. We have been looking nationwide for a new coach for nearly two years. There is clearly not a better dealership than MHSRV anywhere. The prices are only the start. The no pressure approach with nice golf carts they loan you to see the wide selection of about 400 new units that are all open for review. When we narrowed our search to a few, Jimmy became our sales person. He explained in excellent detail the equipment and operations of each as we finally decided. His Texas Hospitality, easy style and patience are remarkable. One of the best parts; when we returned from Washington State to trade our old coach, their trade was fair and prompt to start the delivery process. We were encouraged to STAY TWO DAYS under cover fully hooked up with your own private parking and lawn while the staff of technicians stop by frequently to make sure you have working knowledge of all facets of operation of the coach. Even though this is not our first RV, the time taken by Bill, Steve and the hospitality of the entire staff allowed us to fully understand all aspects of the new motor home. We are on the road now with absolutely fond memories of the MHSRV experience. Well worth the trip to Texas for sure...
