From the first time we came in Staven was very patient and helpful. Staven listed to our wants and what we thought we needed, and helped us make our decision from a Class A to a Class C because we wanted to downsize. Our main reason for deciding to purchase here was because of the product and personnel. The Thor Chateau offered more than we expected. We like everything about our new RV.
